Locally produced wildflower honey and pure vanilla extract create a stunning flavor and texture when combined with heavy cream and cane sugar. A complex two-day process and watchful tending makes for rich, silky-soft caramels. We hand cut and carefully wrap each piece before presenting them in our handmade packaging.
