Preview Party

Join us and be among the first to preview and indulge in new limited-edition truffles and caramels, to be released at our upcoming weekly farmers markets in June. We'll be hosting the event at our production studio, located at 2745 W. Armitage. The evening runs from 5:30-8:30, open-house format: an hour is usually plenty of time.
$25 includes an evening of food and fun: libations, savory bites from FIG Catering, and sampling 11 as yet un-launched truffles and caramels. Space is limited and truffles are made to order, so reserve your spot today. Limited quantities of confections will be available for purchase that evening, and you will be able to pre-order treats for future weeks. Email Katherine or call 773-727-3248 with any questions.
Truffles
- Strawberry Lime Truffle: semisweet and milk chocolates, local strawberries, fresh squeezed lime juice + zest.
- Elvis Truffle: milk chocolate, peanut butter, banana, bacon. It's the King.
- Blackberry Lavender Truffle: bittersweet chocolate, farmers market blackberries, lavender-infused cream.
- Brown Butter Hazelnut Truffle: white chocolate, roasted hazelnuts, brown butter.
- Blueberry Port Mascapone Truffle: bittersweet chocolate, local blueberries, port wine, mascapone.
Caramels
- Earl Grey Tea Caramel: honey caramel infused with earl grey tea.
- Rhubarb Rose Caramel: classic caramel, local rhubarb, rose water.
- Strawberry Balsamic Caramel: honey caramel, local strawberries, 18-year aged balsamic.
- Habanero Fleur de Sel Caramel: classic caramel infused with habanero, dipped in bittersweet chocolate with sea salt on top. Yow!
- Pale Ale Caramel: honey caramel infused with Half Acre's Gossamer.
Marshmallows
- Blueberry Marshmallow: local blueberries, pillowy marshmallow.
Truffle Making Party
Friday, June 15 at 6:30pm,$50
What could be better than sipping wine and eating chocolate? How about if you've just designed the truffle flavor of your dreams, and made it with your very own hands? Our truffle-making party starts off with appetizers, wine, and socializing. Then, groups of 3-5 will create classic hand-rolled truffles with Katherine's guidance. You will create, design, melt, chill, scoop, and roll truffles to completion. Each attendee will leave with a sampling of the truffles created that day. Includes wine and light appetizers.
