APRICOT FETA TRUFFLE

We have a thing for apricots and chocolate here at Katherine Anne Confections. Something about the rich, sweet/tart, jammy fruit just gets us going every time. We roast market apricots with aged balsamic, blend in bittersweet chocolate, and crumble in some salty, tangy feta. A seriously great combination. Seasonal.
